The following corrections were observed during follow up inspection: - All refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C cooler. <-18C freezer) - All refrigeration units are equipped with a working thermometer - the upright fridge has a handle - The back storage area has been de-cluttered. - the kitchen is maintained in a sanitary manner. - Newspaper & cardboard boxes have been removed. - Temperature log is in place. - Probe thermometer is in place. - Switch is cleaned (dry storage area) - Pest control inspection report has been submitted. No recent activities noted. - The operator is still in search of pH meter/strip. Health approval granted. * Health permit fee in the amount of $125 has been submitted in cheque.
