Routine inspection is conducted and following are observed: - Repackaging of oat flour and quick oats. Operator will be adding new packaging machine which is available but not set up for operation - Handsinks in the production area and washroom were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels. - Three compartment sink is manual warewashing of scoops. - Bleach was available on-site. NOTE: Ensure that you prepare 100ppm bleach solution when the facility is in operation. - Storage of food packaging and food items is satisfactory - No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of operation. Note: Facility is trying to get registered with CFIA. Once you are registered and inspected by CFIA, please inform Fraser Health. NOTE: Operator signature is not required due to COVID 19 pandemic.
