Follow up to inspection report #250696. 3 sink plugs available for manual ware washing sinks (3-compartment). 3 compartment sink hot water faucet handle in place and functional. Items not required for business use from previous ownership removed. Probe thermometer on site. Cook line and surrounding areas cleaned. Items stored off ground. Exposed wood sealed with paint. Sealant/silicone in place for gaps/holes. Hand washing supplies (paper towel/liquid soap) in place. Health approval granted to operate subject to the following: owner/operator to successfully complete FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent by Sept 30, 2021. This health approval does not exempt you from seeking approval from other agencies.
