Observation: Samosas in Hot holding unit measured at 35.4C. Food must be hot held at or above 60C. Samosas were stored in the unit more than 2hours. Samosas were discarded at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): To continue using the hot holding unit: Ensure to obtain proper thermometer to check food temperature properly. Ensuure to heat up the Samosas to or above 74C then hot hold at or above 60C. Check the food temperature twice daily.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No Sanitizer were observed in order to sanitize high-touch surfaces such as counters and door handles. Operator made bleach water solution 100-200 ppm at the time of inspection. Spray bottle was properly labeled and available in the store. Ensure to wipe down surfaces particularly after busy times.

Routine inspection

- Hand washing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towels.
- All coolers are at or below 4C. All freezers are at or below -18C. Adequate thermometer provided in the units. Ensure to monitor daily.
- Sanitizer available.
- Back room is to be organized and maintained. Extra cardboard boxes are to be discarded or removed from the premises.
- 2-compartment sink is to be maintained in sanitary condition.
- No sign of pest activity at this date.
