Dishwasher repaired. Temperature at utensil surface was tested during inspection and reached at least 71 degrees C at the utensil surface.
Discussed dishwasher monitoring and record keeping with management on site. Daily log kept; however, records unavailable at this time as they have been sent to head office for food services (sent every Thursday).
