Note: Kitchen has not been in use at the time of inspection. - General sanitation - good. - Both upright coolers < 4C. - Chest freezer - satisfactory. - Thermometers for cold units - available. - Hand washing: 3-compartment and 2-compartment sinks supp,ied with liquid soap and paper towels in wall-mounted dispensers. - 3 compartment sink with hot & cold running water is available for warewashing. - High temperature dishwasher at 75.3C at time of inspection. - Surface sanitizer (Bleach) - available to sanitize. - No pest activity observed at time of inspection. - Storage well organized. Note: Two domestic fan foods above domestic stoves. Note: Very small amount of food on site (eg., frozen food in the chest freezer, coffee,and ketchup). Note: Small counter top ice-maker is not in use at the time of inspection/turned off/clean.
