Premise is closed due recent events until further notice. Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Hand sink with liquid soap, paper towels and running water. Food and dry storage adequate. 3 compartment sink in use with 200 ppm bleach. 200 ppm bleach sanitizer in use in spray bottles. Coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -18C. Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
