Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was too strong (solution was yellow; bleached the test strip). Explained the correct concentration to the operator: 100 ppm = 1/2 teaspoon bleach in 1 L of water. Diluted solution during inspection. Ensure that the solution is changed once a week to maintain the correct concentration
