Items include: Salted eggs (unrefrigerated display shelf), Leche flan and Silvanas (refrigerated display case), Guintanaan (frozen), Monggo (frozen), Monggo hopia (frozen), and pork wonton (frozen)
Corrective Action(s): *All foods offered for sale in the food premises MUST be prepared in a commercial business/kitchen that holds a valid health permit or health approval to operate.
**Operator removed the identified items from the retail area at time of inspection.
