Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer dispenser (Quats) near dishwasher tested to have less than 200 ppm Quats. Air bubbles observed in the hose leading to dispenser.
Correction: Ensure sanitizer can be adequately dispensed out at correct concentration (200 ppm Quats minimum)

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station next to washroom have no soap being dispensed out of dispenser.
Correction: Ensure all handwash station is equipped with handsoap, paper towel and hot/cold water. Refill the soap dispenser

Observation: Mould/mildew bulid up obsered at the corner of the dishwasher station, exterior of dishwasher observed to be covered with brown build up. Operator indicated a new table is ordered to replace the one in corner
Correction: Ensure and maintain sanitary condition. Clean up the area and dishwasher.

Observation: Chest freezer that's not in use observed next to walk-in freezer. Freezer was from previous company that was leasing space.

This inspection done by an EHO student.

Comments:
-Sanitizer dispenser at washroom at 200 ppm Quats, spray bottle (station 1, 5 and loading bay) at 200 ppm Quats and labelled as Quats Sanitizer
-Dishwasher (high temp) measured 75.5 deg. C at plate level
-Ice machine well maintained
-Operator demonstrated adequate knowledge for food handling (premise prepare stock (beef/chicken). Large fan for cooling bones (roasted) and ice wand used.
-3 door reach-in freezer at -22 deg. C (left towards door) and -17 deg. C (ambient air)
-2 door reach-in freezer at -18 deg. C (towards back door) and -16 deg. C (ambient air)
-Walk-in cooler measured at 3 deg. C (ambient air)
-Walk-in freezer measured -18 deg. C (ambient air)
-No sign of pest observed at time of inspection, UV fly trap observed near back door
-General sanitation satisfactory

Note: -Ensure all food is stored off the ground
-Operator indicated new table being purchased to replace the one near dishwasher (near the mould observed) in 2-3 weeks
-Ice wand is cracked (at lid) operator indicated a new one is being purchased in 1-2 weeks (approximate). A smaller ice want is available on-site in addition to the large one
-Blast cooler on premise for quick cooling observed
-Ensure all shelves are labelled (including racks) with business name
