Handwashing sink equipped with hot/cold water, paper towel and soap. One freezer at -20C (ice cream) Drink coolers at 4C and lower Little milk cooler at 3C Facility is organized. Small dry storage for drinks at the back, food stored off the floor. Coffee bar stations - tidy. QUAT sanitizer measured around 200ppm. *get test strips and record sanitizer reading at least once a day. No pest activity during time of inspection.
