At the time of the inspection, kitchen is being used for teaching lessons. - Handwashing station stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels. - All coolers (upright) less than 4C - Freezers (upright) is functional and temperature is -15C - Food Storage practices are satisfactory - Dry storage area is good - No signs of pest activity. - General sanitation is satisfactory NOTE: Low temperature dishwasher is not working and not used at the time since no food prep for service is occurring ( only teaching lessons). Two compartment sink dishwashing sign is provided. Wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry cooking utensils using two compartment sink
