Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied throughout.
-Refrigeration temperatures all within requirement. Hot-holding within requirement
-100-200ppm chlorine available in buckets to hold wiping cloths.
-High-temperature dishwasher achieved 75.9'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Ventilation hood canopy serviced and maintained.
-Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
-Bar area satisfactory. Drink dispensing guns/holders maintained.
-Glasswasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at final rinse.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility good. However, ensure to clean-scrub underneath handles of prep coolers at the main cook line.
