Follow-up to inspection report# KLAI-CNZUJQ
Fume hood now appears in a sanitary condition.
Did not observe any food debris on the door gasket in the 2-door reach-in cooler.
Sanitation Plan printed and available (to be filed). Manager mentioned that she will be updating the Sanitation Plan to include deep cleaning at an increased intervals for the fume hood.
Manager MUST submit this updated Sanitation Plan to the area Inspector for approval via email before February 23, 2023 for the Correction Order to be rescinded. If updated Sanitation Plan is not received by February 23, 2023, increase enforcement action(s) may ensue.
Caulking has now been installed between the wall and the 2-compartment sink to avoid water from seeping in between.

Outstanding violation that still needs to be corrected for review during the next routine inspection:
Ensure to have enough staff certified for FoodSafe level 1 or equivalent that in the absence of the operator, at least one person on staff has completed this course. Evidence of course completion to be verified during the next inspection.
