New cooler for displaying sandwiches installed. Cooler cold holding at <4c New cooking equipment will be installed in the kitchen. This will include a new "Rational Oven", flat top grill, deep fryer, tilting skillet, charbroiler ce machine is clean Meat slicer is clean Monitoring logs being maintained Liquid soap and paper towels at hand sink Walk in cooler at <4c Walk in freezer at <-18c **Ice observed accumulating on floor in walk in freezer. A repair ticket has already been sent Dishwasher at 76c (at plate level). Soap dispensed into wash cycle. Final rinse pressure at 16psi. Quat sanitizer at 200ppm
