Observation: Ceiling tiles have yellowed and have a build up due to cooking vapours and debris.
Floors in some areas have lifted and debris noted behind baseboards.
Corrective Action(s): Manager has informed us that a renovation of the deli is to occur which includes changing out counters and shelves and proper ventilation of ovens. Please address issues noted above in the renovation. Please submit plans for review that include finishes of all equipment to be replaced.

Note: Roasting chickens were still cooking at time of inspection.
Sanitizer measured 200 PPM Quat residual.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 73 deg. C at the plate surface.
Floors under pallets in cooler/freezer in need of cleaning.
