Observation: 1. Dust build up noticed on the decorative shelves throught the deli service area.
2. Noticed buid up of crumbs and deli meat trimmings under the cold air vents in deli display cases
Corrective Action(s): 1. Wipe off the decorative shelves to remove dust etc. (By Nov. 10, 2016)
Clean the tubelight fixture and the fan cover in the deli walk-in cooler.
2. Remove all food debris from the air vents in deli display cooler. Consider covering the air vents with washable mats that allow air exchange. ( By November 12, 2016)
