Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Wiping rag was found on counter and counter near slushie machine was dirty; reminded staff to keept wiping rag stored in sanitary manner (eg. in sanitizer between use)
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure sanitizer readily available and keep wiping rags stored in sanitary manner; also reminded staff to sanitize slushie machine daily on outside and counters beside it

Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all areas properly cleaned and maintained in walk-in cooler; keep product organized and as much off floors
