Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on September 20, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BG7TV4). The following was noted: Floor has been decluttered and is in improved sanitary condition Items inside walk-in cooler covered with lid or saran wrap Area underneath cook line in good sanitary condition Wall next to dedicated hand wash station has been cleaned Raw fish and meat products stored on separate shelving from cooked and ready-to-eat products Operator states that the wooden shelf to the right of the hand wash sink will be replaced by stainless steel shelving within the next two weeks
