Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meatloaf and potatoes were stored at room temperature. Temperature of items were around 25 degC. Operator was cooling the foods.
Corrective Action(s): Move the foods into the cooler within 30minutes.

Observation: There's grease under the fryer and stove. The exhaust hood has not been serviced yet.
