Follow-up inspection conducted to the routine from January 8, 2020 (RPT#: JMAA-BKMV66). The following was noted:
Rodent droppings identified in the routine inspection have been removed. No signs of recent, visible pest activity was noted at time of follow-up inspection
Clutter and unused tools, which was acting as harbourage sites for mice, have been removed. Old cash registers, greasy equipment, old woks have all been removed as directed
Organization of hallways and entranceways has seen significant improvements. All equipment is placed at least 6" off the floor
Dough mixer room maintained in good sanitary condition
A secure enclosure, lined with stainless steel, has been added to protect the flour bags on the right side of the back wall from rodent infestation. No rodent droppings were observed near the flour at time of inspection. Operator has plans to add a second enclosure to the flour bags on the left side. Currently, all flour bags are elevated at least 6" off the floor
Opened dry products are all placed inside bins with tight-fitted lids
Professional pest control company arrived after area was decluttered and sealed up 2 holes - one near the back entrance of the premise
