Prep coolers, stand-up coolers, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Food stored at least 6 inches off the floor in the walk-in cooler, wlak-in freezer, and dry storage.
No signs of pests observed.
