[s. 14(2)] Observation: Fresh feeled garlic packs are stored at 8C in display cooler Correction: Do not sell fresh peeled garlic packs until you can provide a written statement to the health officer that they do not need to be stored at refrigeration temperatures.

-Followup Inspection -Operator informed inspector verbally that the fresh peeled garlic requires refrigeration and strawberries do not. Written documentation is still to be provided. -Discard fresh peeled packaged garlic -Dispose of all contaminated and unfit foods for human consumption under black tarp as written approvals could not be provided which was directed in the correction order -Staff informed that garbage dumpster is still full and disposal services are supposedly scheduled every Monday. Disposal services did not attend yesterday. -Correction order has not been rescinded
