All handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, single use paper towels, and liquid hand soap
-Walk in cooler at 2 deg C
-Walk in freezers at -19 deg C
-All other coolers at 4 deg C or less
-All other freezers at -18 deg C or less
-Sanitizer spray bottles at 200 ppm QUATS
- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 180 deg F
- 2 compartment sink present with sink plugs
