Observation: Lots of cleaning to be done of the following locations
1)all fridges and freezers including shelves, doors, and tracks
2)defrost both freezers, large accumulation of ice
3)under and around all equipment within kitchen and back storage area

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Chest freezer has a gap of at least 1.5 inches where the lid meets the body of the freezer
Corrective Action(s): Repair properly (currently repair is not sufficient) or replace the freezer so it is properly sealed and functioning properly. Large accumulation of ice inside the freezer and potential for freezer to not maintain food at -18C. This was mentioned on inspection report appox 1 year ago. by Nov 15 2016

Observation: The following repairs to the facility are required:
1) repair large holes in the drywall including where the word "Jim's" is on the wall. Ensure to paint to wall so it can be cleaned properly
2) repair all lights to ensure they are working properly, this including lighting in the back storage area and in the dough making area
3) replace all missing ceiling tiles
4) Ensure all light bulbs either have protective sleeves on them or there is a lens over the entire light
