Corrective Action(s): Please clean and sanitize the floor from droppings. A Pest Management Service just visited store yesterday, April 29, 2019. Traps are set and empty. Violation Score: 9

General sanitation is satisfactory but required attention at few areas (see violation section). Hand sinks (packaging room and meat department) supplied with liquid soap and paper towel. Quat sanitizer - available; Surface sanitizer in spray bottles at 200 ppm. Bulk food - scoops are stored safely at the time of inspection. Freezers - satisfactory. Note: Observed excessive accumulation of ice in floor display freezers;Recommended: Defrost freezers and clean/sanitize. Coolers < 4.0 C. Food is stored safely at the time of inspection (of the floor, original packages, covered, & pests proof containers with lids). Note: Observed dented tin cans with Phalkha Vegetable Ghee 4.4 lb 2 kg - have to be removed from the shelves.
