- Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm in spray bottle and from dispenser at three-compartment sink - General sanitation in this department is excellent - Coolers were measured to be at or below 4C - Freezer temperatures satisfactory - Live tanks maintained in sanitary condition; water temperature was at 3C. Filters changed regularly. - Shellfish tags available for review and held onsite for one year - Temperature records well maintained - No sign of pest activity noted
