Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No surface sanitizer was prepared during time of inspection. Spray bottle measured at 0 ppm chlorine and 0 ppm QUATS concentration. Staff prepared fresh chlorine solution during time of inspection which measured at 200 ppm with test strip. Test strips are not available on site.
Corrective Action(s): Change chlorine sanitizer more frequently (as least daily) to ensure the sanitizer strength is at least 100 ppm to adequately sanitize food contact surfaces and equipment. Obtain test strips to monitor and verify chlorine concentration regularly.

Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- Freezer at -18'C
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing station at front and in staff washroom supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Chlorine-based concentrate sanitizer is available on site
- No signs of pests during time of inspection

REMINDER 1: temperature log is not maintained. Ensure temperature log is maintained as per approved food safety plan to be verified by the health inspector next inspection. Failure to maintain the temperature log may result in progressive enforcement.

REMINDER 2: obtain chlorine test strips on site to ensure staff is frequently monitoring and verifying sanitizer strength
