Comments

The following changes were made to the restaurant:
-A new dishwasher was installed. It is high temperature and reached 72 C at the plate level.
-The prep area on the right hand side of the kitchen near the oven was extended by several feet.
-One refrigerator in the front and one in the back was replaced.
-The hot water tank was replaced.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach was at 100 ppm- ensure that the bottle is labelled.
No evidence of pests- pest control reports reviewed on site.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
