Comments in regards to the previous inspection (April 5, 2018):
Observed a few cracked, chipped and damaged plastic food inserts/containers and lids today. As was mentioned on the last inspection, these damaged items are not cleanable as bacteria will hide in the cracks, and pieces of plastic could fall into food from chipped items. Please continue to monitor for broken items and discard and replace as needed.
The mop sink appears to have been adequately repaired to a state the is even, sealed and cleanable.
The exhaust hood appears in a sanitary condition and was serviced recently.
