1. Thermometer for Chili/ Cheese Hot Holding unit is not accurate. Operator is aware of the issue and has schedule to have the unit repaired/ replaced.
2. Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Oven has been removed. Doyon oven used for baked pastry items. (Croissants, Cookies, Brownies, Apple Leaf Custards, Strawberry Strudels ONLY)
3. No changes to the current operation, equipment set up or any food items can be added without written approval from Fraser Health.
