- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
- General food storage practices satisfactory:
All food items covered and protected from contamination.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Food items organized on shelves in store area.
- Bleach sanitizer = 200 ppm in spray bottle.
- 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.

- Premises well lit. Some light bulbs have been changed to make work area and food store area more bright - very good.
