Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Noted mold is building up in ice machine ( ice making area )
-Noted raw fish, meat stored above veg in walk in cooler
-Noted opened can of foods in cooler covered by plastic wrap
Corrective Action(s): -Discard all ice , clean and sanitize the ice machine- staff started at time of visit
-Re arrange and store all raw meat in lower shelf away from veg and cooked foods
-After opening a can--transfer the food in a food grade container with lid
