Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Noted mold is building up in ice machine ( ice making area )
-Noted raw fish, meat stored above veg in walk in cooler
-Noted opened can of foods in cooler covered by plastic wrap
Corrective Action(s): -Discard all ice , clean and sanitize the ice machine- staff started at time of visit
-Re arrange and store all raw meat in lower shelf away from veg and cooked foods
-After opening a can--transfer the food in a food grade container with lid

**Bleach solution spray >100ppm, bucket for wiping rags was dumped- ensure there is a bucket of solution at all time
** Ensure phf foods such as noodles are not at room temperature for > 1 hrs - use timer to manage time.
** Noted Chinese style sausage (Kam Yen Jan- January Foods Corp, Kent, WA, USA) not refrigerated- no storage instruction on the label - Do not use it - might be unapproved products- operator remove them from shelf
** Ensure to monitor and record temp monitoring data in a log sheet
