Comments

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on January 8, 2019. The following observations were made:

OUTSTANDING ISSUES:
- Deep clean of the kitchen still has not been conducted yet. Grime still noted throughout the ventilation canopy area and underneath the bar storage area. You were provided with 2 weeks' time to thoroughly remove grease and grime build-up in your kitchen and bar. Operator states that ventilation canopy and bar storage area will be removed from the facility after it closes on February 4th
- Operator will still need to renew FoodSafe 1 - this must be done prior to the follow-up on Tuesday, January 29th

CORRECTED ISSUES:
- Potato presser no longer soiled
- Warewashing sink is no longer saturated with dirty dishes from the previous day
- Condiments were stored on ice at time of inspection

A follow-up inspection will be scheduled for the following week to ensure that appropriate cleaning has been conducted.
