No signs of pests at the time of inspection
Hand sinks are available with paper towels, liquid soap and warm water
Dishwasher final rinse cycle was 72.8C at the plate as per min/max thermometer
Prep sinks are in good working order
One lower mob sink in use for janitorial tasks only
200 ppm sanitizer in use. Test strips available and in use.

3 compartment warmer unit is used with ice to maintain prepped food below 4C (ham)
