Kitchen just finished food service at the time of inspection Premise is sanitary No signs of pests at the time of inspection Hand sinks are available with paper towels, liquid soap and warm water Dishwasher final rinse cycle was 72.8C at the plate as per min/max thermometer Prep sinks are in good working order One lower mob sink in use for janitorial tasks only 200 ppm sanitizer in use.
