Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection:
All cooler units less than or equal to 4C and equipped with thermometer.
Cooking temperatures for poultry products are cooked to an internal temperature of at least 74C.
Hot holding of food products were at least 60C.
Internal temperature for cooking, hot holding, and cold holding are measured and recorded electronically.
3- compartment sink satisfactory.
Observed staff following the manual ware washing method of wash, rinse, and sanitize.
Quats dispenser was at 200ppm and test strips were available.
Hand washing stations satisfactory.
General sanitation was good.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
No pest activity noted.
