Observation: Lots of flies within the facility. Replace bifold doors with pest proof sealed doors, non bifold doors. Repair/replace back door (grey door) so that is closes and seals to prevent entrance of pests

Observation: Extensive cleaning to be done
1) Under and around 3 compartment sink including inside the sink
2) All walls within the facility
3) The entire floor including under equipment and the front service area
4) All shelving within the facility including the space shelves and drawers
5) All shelves and doors of all fridges and freezers within the facility (includes walk in coolers, storage coolers and coolers that are working)

Observation: The following items must be repaired or replaced: (All by Jan 30/18)
1) Bifold doors must be replaced with proper sealing doors to prevent pests from entering (This has been previously discussed, correction order has now been issued)
2) Repair/replace back door (grey) so that is properly seals and prevents pests from entering
3) Repair all cracked or missing files so the floor is smooth/impervious and easily cleanable
4) Repair ceiling issue from water damage, paint is flaking off into sink

Observation: Business keeps expanding into areas that weren't approved for food premises
Corrective Action(s): All food preparation must be done in the kitchen and now appears to be but lots of food and equipment is being stored in the adjacent garages which house an auto mechanic shop. Discussed plans to remove items with operator each inspection however more items keep accumulating
