- hot water available at warewashing sink
- two compartment sink available for warewashing (not set up at the time of inspection); bleach available for sanitizing
- walk-in cooler: 3C
- chest freezer: -19C

- Facility recently had boiler repaired and has been voluntarily shut down since July 15, 2019 and has began operations again July 23, 2019
- Ensure that your health inspector is informed if there are any major issues, such as the boiler requiring repair, occur
- All old stock to be discarded (soups, sauces, any expired foods)
- New stock being produced at the time of inspection
- Rodent issue seems to have improved - no build up of droppings in the coolers or in corners; continue monitoring
- Floor plan for new building discussed; plans have been sent to the City of Burnaby for approval, and will subsequently be submitted to the health department
