304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Mouse droppings found in the following areas: -Inside the cabinets in the kitchen -On the floor -Underneath equipment. -In the back storage room. -On pan liner paper in the back storage room (discarded) Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean all droppings with a 100 ppm chlorine solution. 2) Hire a professional pest control company and provide a copy of the report to Fraser Health 3) Seal any rodent holes/ entry points found. Comments

-Follow up inspection within one week for the above-noted items. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Bleach sanitizer solution was tested at 100 ppm. Reviewed 3-compartment dishwashing with the operator. Sink plugs available for use. Operator is FoodSafe certified.
