Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff could not locate the soap dispenser that was stored on top of the grease trap near the back.
Corrective Action(s): Staff must wash hands frequently such as after handling raw meats and before handling other foods. Ensure soap dispenser is placed near the handsink where staff can see it.
