This inspection report was completed off-site and a copy emailed to the manager. The observations and infractions noted at the time of the inspection were reviewed and discussed on-site with the supervisor: - Inspection conducted to follow up on the infractions cited on the previous routine inspection ABAI-C3UQ4T - Barrier has been obtained for the panini grills, however it is not permanently installed. Ensure the barrier is not relocated. - All hand wash stations were fully equipped and unobstructed. - Good general sanitation - All foods were stored off the ground and protected.
