Routine Inspection:
- Wiping cloths are to be changed every 4 hours if used on food contact surfaces or for wiping hands.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 75C at the plate. It is more sanitary to allow dishes to air dry; however, when they are needed urgently, use clean single-use paper towel or clean wiping cloths to dry them.
- The wall behind the 3-compartment sink is in need of repair. Please provide a surface that is smooth, easy to clean, and impervious to moisture.
- Ensure proper hand hygiene after handling the scoops used for raw meats and before handing food contact surfaces (eg, rotis).
- Walkin cooler at <4C.
- Upright 2-door cooler at <4C.
- FoodSafe certificate available at time of inspection. Owner needs to retake the course as the certificate has expired.
- No sign of pests at time of inspection.
- Back garbage disposal area is in sanitary condition.
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory.
