- Walk-in freezer less than -18C
- Hot holding units for meat balls and soups is gretaer than 60C
- Sanitizer solution available at three compartment sinks and in spray bottle measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- Temperature logs are maintained and available for review
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Foodsafe or equivalent verified
- Good use of gloves with adequate handwashing observed
