Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon inspection none of the savoury pastries had shelf life stickers affixed. These were affixed at time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Savoury products must be labelled with the shelf life stickers. Failure to follow the food safety plan may result in the revocation of the 4 hour ambient temperature hold time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot water observed to be not available upon site inspection.Manager was ordered to immediately cease food service and complied. Plumber arrived on site about 15 minutes after my arrival and reset the hot water tank. Manager was given permission to reopen once the hot water had recovered.
Corrective Action(s): Rewash utensils as dicusssed.
Should this occur in the future you are required to cease operations and not wait until the plumber arrives.
