Large factory area beside the kitchen currently has several storage sheds for the various vendors operating at the church. Each storage shed is locked, labelled with vendor name/phone number, and numbered. During the onsite inspection with the operator Matthew, each shed was opened and inspected.

There are two rows of storage sheds, an area with mechnical refrigeration and freezers in the middle of the factory area, and locked gated areas towards the back exit where the various food mobile units store their carts/equipment, etc.

Storage sheds are numbered:
#1) Storage shed for Apple Sauce Vendor (refer to file for operator's information), who makes apple sauce (previously approved). No issues noted
#2) Storage shed for the church: mostly kitchen supplies
#3/ Basil and Bacon: this vendor does not currently have health approval. Follow up with this vendor to be conducted.
#4/#7) Storage sheds for Neat's Treats: no issues noted
#6) Old Country Pierogis: This vendor is a food mobile that has relocated its base of operation to the church but has not notified Fraser Health. Follow up to be conducted.
#8) Barenboim Imports and Exports --> They are inspected by the CFIA,
