Operator says that the handsink has not been in operation for a long time. The facility was approved for operation on the basis of having a handsink at this location. [Date to be corrected by: December 17, 2018] Observation #2: Frozen meat freezer lid has duct tape on it. Missing handles to easily open freezer. [Date to be corrected by: December 17, 2018] Corrective Action(s): Corrective Action #1: Repair the hot water line for this hand sink. Supply liquid soap for staff to wash hands at this handsink. Corrective Action #2: Remove duct tape from frozen meat freezer lid. Repair the frozen meat freezer lid. Violation Score: 3
