Routine inspection: Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispenser system. 200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottles. Dishwasher registers 74 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. Walk in cooler at 2-3 degrees C. Walk in freezer at -16 degrees C. No hot holding at time of inspection. 2 door cooler at 4 degrees C. Serving area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sliding glass door cooler at 4 degrees C.
