- Failing to wash hands properly after touching hair
- Washing gloved hands
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hands are properly washed as needed in order to prevent potential contamination. If gloves are used, ensure gloves are discarded when they may potentially be contaminated, and hands are properly washed before applying a new pair of gloves.

High temperature dishwasher measured 72 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (required: 71 degrees C or more).
