- Temperature logs maintained and updated daily
- Low temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 100 ppm chlorine on dish surface
- Ice machine and ice scoop maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
- Proper thawing practices observed
- Staff onsite FoodSafe level 1 certified
- Health permit replacement application submitted
- All holes observed during the previous inspection has been sealed with steel mesh material.
- Pest control reports reviewed, operator following all recommendation provided by the pest control company
