All food products in the hold holding unit at or above 60 degrees C. Rice cooked and hot held in stove above 60 degrees C. Rice in rice cooker at or above 60 degrees C.
Bar/front service area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
No raw eggs stored above vegetables or ready to eat foods at time of inspection. Ensure all raw potentially hazardous foods are stored below vegetables and ready to eat foods.
No frozen meats observed thawing at room temperature.
Bleach sanitizer in labeled spray bottle. General sanitizer solution formula: 1oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
